Joshua K. Graves

Josh Graves is the executive director of Catholic Community Services of the Mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon Coast (CCS). Mr. Graves has worked in social services since 1992. His experience has included work in the private non-profit sector and well as in state-operated youth correctional facilities and therapeutic wilderness programs.

Mr. Graves joined CCS in 2000 and managed each of its major programs before becoming deputy executive director, a position in which he ensured financial viability of the organization and alignment with the board-approved strategic plan. He became executive director in 2020 and manages strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Mr. Graves received his bachelor’s degree in social science from Portland State University in 2002, where he also earned a professional certification in violent crime/profiling. He earned a Master of Business Administration from George Fox University in 2009.

Mr. Graves serves on numerous boards and committees including the Oregon Alliance of Children’s Programs, the State of Oregon’s Family First Implementation Team and on the board of PacificSource, the new coordinated care provider for Marion County, Ore. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, although these activities usually just take the form of walking through the woods or dragging bait behind his boat.
